Our Shokupanettone at @papadamournyc, looking beautiful. 🍞🎄🎁 We’ve turned our fresh-baked shokupan loaf into our version of the classic panettone, with candied orange and lemon peel throughout, a hint of Madagascan vanilla bean, rum-soaked golden sultanas, and a crisp bolo bao-inspired cookie crust on top with crunchy pearl sugar.
