Dear guests,
Yes, we are OPEN in Soho NYC! We’re currently offering take-out as well sa delivery via Caviar & DoorDash) at Dominique Ansel Bakery on Spring Street, plus outdoor garden seating and limited indoor socially-distanced seating. Our current Soho NYC hours are: Monday-Thursday 8am-7pm, Friday-Saturday 8am-8pm, and Sunday 9am-7pm.
Dominique Ansel Kitchen in NYC’s West Village is moving to a new location later this year, so please keep an eye and ear out for updates!
We are doing our part in looking after our of team and guests with full Health & Safety plan in place to address the appropriate screening, social distancing, and sanitation standards. Please make sure you wear a mask before entering. Our indoor seating areas are opening with limited seating capacity starting October 5th. Like so many of our friends and colleagues, these are unchartered waters, but with your support, we are making them carefully, and cautiously. We’re looking forward to welcoming you and seeing you soon!

Introducing: Dominique Ansel Classes!
Over these past few months, what started as a way for Chef Dominique to introduce his new cookbook, Everyone Can Bake, to you during quarantine became a passion for us and our team. It was a way for us to bake together and connect with you all – over something homemade and from the heart.
We wanted to keep the tradition going, so we’re proud to launch “Baking with Dominique”, a series of classes ranging from making the perfect pie to gluten-free recipes to learning how to whip up a chocolate soufflé. Click HERE to learn more.
Every class comes with 5-7 video lessons and recipes, and is 40 to 50 minutes in length with your own downloadable recipe book. Designed to be simple with minimal equipment and ingredients, we hope you get into the baking spirit this holiday season, whether you’re baking for yourself or for those you love.
