Dominique opened his celebrated Dominique Ansel Bakery in New York’s Soho neighborhood in November 2011. Centered upon the idea of creativity, the Bakery is the birthplace of many of Dominique’s signature desserts, including the DKA (Dominique’s Kouign Amann), Cookie Shot, Frozen S’mores, Blossoming Hot Chocolate, and the Cronut®.

The name “Dang Wen Li” is a nod to “Dominique” in Mandarin. And it stems from a simple but important idea – to create a bakery especially for Hong Kong. In this capsule collection, Chef Dominique uses his signature whimsical style and creativity but showcases pastries that are exclusive only to Hong Kong and unavailable elsewhere.
