SHOKUPANETTONE 🍞🎄 Celebrating our very first holiday season at @papadamournyc with our version of a classic panettone. Made with our fresh-baked shokupan bread studded with candied orange and lemon peel, rum-soaked golden sultanas, a hint of vanilla bean, and - my favorite part - a bolo bao-inspired cookie crust with crunchy pearl sugar and toasted almonds. Meet our 2025 Holiday Bûches de Noël for NYC. 🎄 Each year, we create a trio of French yule log cakes, and this year’s line-up includes: 
🍫 Triple Chocolate: Valrhona Caraibe 66% dark chocolate mousse, milk chocolate crémeux, flourless chocolate biscuit, chocolate button forest “mushrooms,” vanilla Chantilly 
🌰 Chestnut: a French tradition with chestnut mousse, almond biscuit soaked with a splash of whisky, and candied chestnuts from Aubenas in France
🍮 Sticky Toffee Pudding: we’ve transformed the classic British dessert with layers of salted caramel vanilla crémeux, chocolate date cake with brown sugar molasses, and brown sugar ganache

NYC, ok we heard you: We’ll be keeping our Butter Vanilla Soft Serve on the menu at @papadamournyc through the end of the year! 😀🍦🧈 Earlier this year, we first created something we thought would be a summer special, and we’ve loved welcoming you all in to try it. Think: creamy vanilla bean soft serve made with organic A2 milk, dipped in a thin layer of Isigny Ste. Mère French butter, with a sprinkle of fleur de sel to finish (there’s a mochi surprise at the bottom of the waffle cone too).
