Dominique Ansel Bakery

Dominique opened his celebrated Dominique Ansel Bakery in New York’s Soho neighborhood in November 2011. Centered upon the idea of creativity, the Bakery is the birthplace of many of Dominique’s signature desserts, including the DKA (Dominique’s Kouign Amann), Cookie Shot, Frozen S’mores, Blossoming Hot Chocolate, and the Cronut®.

Dominique Ansel Workshop

Our newest shop is a celebration of croissants,  located right inside of our pastry production kitchens here in Flatiron, NYC, just a block up from Madison Square Park. Stop in for a taste of all different types of croissants and breakfast viennoiserie, stroll to the park, and enjoy!
