Chef Dominique’s newest shop is an homage to Asian bread culture – think: all those fluffy shokupan, milk breads, steamed buns, egg tarts and more. “Papa d’Amour” is also the nickname that Chef’s 2 young children (Celian, aged 5, and Elise “Mei Mei,” aged 2) call him (especially if they want something!), and celebrates their Taiwanese & French cultural heritage.
