Salt Bread Bagel mornings here at @papadamournyc: warm and fluffy with that crisp buttery golden crust, flecked with fleur de sel that gently chars in the oven. Blackberry & Vanilla Yogurt Cake for this long weekend’s special at @dominiqueanselworkshop. Our version of the classic gâteau au yaourt from my childhood (if you’re French, you’ll know it too 😉🇫🇷). Fresh ripe blackberries and vanilla in a soft fluffy cake, with rich creamy Greek yogurt that’s folded into the batter to give it an even softer tender crumb and moist texture. Here in Flatiron today through Monday for Labor Day weekend. Perfect for these last days of summer. ☀️
