Caramelia & Cream Banana Pudding for this weekend’s special at @dominiqueanselworkshop. Layers of Valrhona Caramelia (caramelized milk chocolate) custard, fresh sliced bananas, and homemade vanilla wafer cookies, topped with vanilla Chantilly and cocoa. Here in Flatiron today through Sunday only.

ELOTES SWEET CORN BUTTER SOFT SERVE: coming to @papadamournyc this Friday, June 12th. Our original Butter Vanilla Soft Serve is getting a summer twist, with creamy sweet corn soft serve dipped in a thin shell of Isigny Ste. Mère butter (the same French butter we use for our croissants) with a hint of honey, topped with Cotija cheese and Tajin for a little salty spicy kick. Fresh lime on the side to squeeze overtop and enjoy. 🌽🍦🍋‍🟩

Our Pretzel Salt Egg Tarts at @papadamournyc, with silky egg custard in a sablé pastry crust that’s studded with flecks of crunchy pretzel salt. Not too sweet and subtly salty, brushed with brown butter when it comes out of the oven as the finishing touch.

SALT BREAD WAGYU PIGS-IN-A-BLANKET. 🌭 Our newest addition to the @papadamournyc menu, with Wagyu beef mini hot dogs wrapped in our buttery salt bread topped with fleur de sel. There’s ponzu honey dip and horseradish Dijon aioli on the side too. Available by the half-dozen and dozen in-store, starting MON 6/8- SUN 7/19 (just in time for all your Knicks + World Cup-watching gatherings too). Sets of 1 dozen are available now for pre-order at papadamourNY.com for pick-ups.

Japanese Soufflé Cheesecake for this weekend’s special at @dominiqueanselworkshop. Light and airy Japanese-style soufflé cheesecake, where whipped egg whites are gently folded into silky cream cheese custard, giving it a fluffy texture. Here in Flatiron today to Sunday only.

Our Kurobuta Hot Dog Spiral at @papadamournyc, a nod to my favorite post-dinner service late-night snack back in the day: seared hot dogs and a fried egg over rice with a drizzle of dark soy sauce. Our version at Papa d’Amour has seared Japanese Kurobuta pork hot dogs and shallot oil-sautéed sticky rice with shiitake mushroom and sesame, in a laminated brioche nest with nori furikake. Toasted up til warm, it’s pure comfort food for me. 😁🌭🍚
