NYC! We’re turning @papadamournyc into the Papa d’Amour Butter Shop for one morning only, FRIDAY, AUGUST 21ST. It’s no surprise we’re obsessed with butter here, so we’re celebrating with a butter-ful morning featuring Isigny Ste. Mère, where you can enjoy:
🧈 Unlimited tasting samples of our chef-crafted sweet and savory butters (8 different flavors!) featuring @isignyamerica butter (the same premium French butter we use for our croissants and pastries), served alongside our Papa d’Amour shokupan.
🧈 A morning specialty latte topped with Isigny Ste. Mère Chantilly cream
🧈 A take home canvas shipping tote filled with your choice of any 5 of our butters
🧈 A loaf of our signature fresh-baked Japanese shokupan bread

Tickets are live now at papadamourbuttershop.eventbrite.com (and link in bio ⬆️). Select your entrance time btw 8-10am. Tickets are limited (we’re a small shop), so act fast. Tickets are required to attend, we are not able to accept walk-ins.

Be sure to try all our butters, including:

🌱 Al Fresco: confit garlic, fresh parsley, lemon zest, basil pesto, parmesan, and cracked black pepper
🔥 Backyard BBQ: Worcestershire, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, tomato paste, mustard, chili powder, liquid smoke & a kick of paprika
🍅 Farmstand: Sundried tomatoes, fresh tarragon, summer corn, and sweet onion
🍸 Dirty Martini: olives, pimento, olive brine, blue cheese, juniper

🥜 Papa’s Peanut Brittle Butter: inspired by Taiwanese flavors of crunchy peanut brittle and cilantro (IYKYK)
🍑 Porchswing Peach: Juliette Pêche de Vigne peach liqueur, Madagascan vanilla bean, orange blossom
🎢 Boardwalk Praline: butterscotch pecan praline, a hint of bourbon, fleur de sel
🍋 Citrus Grove: fresh lemon zest, lemon balm, confit yuzu peel, honey

Pandan & Vanilla Maritozzi for this weekend’s special at @dominiqueanselworkshop: our version of the Italian cream bun, with soft brioche filled with fragrant pandan chantilly and vanilla bean chantilly, topped with toasted coconut chips. 🌱🥥 Here in Flatiron this Friday-Sunday only.

Squeezing in these last few weeks of summer with our Elotes Sweet Corn Butter Soft Serve at @papadamournyc: creamy sweet corn soft serve dipped in a thin layer of Isigny Ste. Mère French butter, sprinkled with Cotija cheese and Tajin spice, and a wedge of lime to squeeze overtop. 🌽🧈🍦

🥭 Mango Passionfruit Pavlova: mango & passionfruit compote, vanilla orange blossom Chantilly, light-as-air vanilla meringue, lime zest (gluten-free)

Lunch these days is our Miso Butter Grilled Cheese at @papadamournyc: our fresh-baked shokupan bread with miso butter (on the inside and outside for that toasty golden goodness), and gooey melted mozzarella, gruyere, and fontina cheese. Served daily here at 64 University. 🍞🧈🧀

Our Scallion Basil Blossom at @papadamournyc: lots of fresh scallions with Thai basil pinenut pesto wrapped in soft brioche, surrounded by flaky laminated brioche layers and toasted sesame seeds. My favorite way to eat it? Toasted up til warm, so I can rip apart those flaky golden layers.
