Have you tried our Butter Vanilla Soft Serve at @papadamournyc? Smooth and creamy vanilla bean soft serve dipped in a thin layer of Isigny Ste. Mère French butter from Normandy (it’s the same butter that we use for our croissants and viennoiserie), sprinkled with fleur de sel to finish. There’s a mochi surprise at the bottom of the waffle cone too. Available daily here at 64 University. 🧈🍦

THIS SUNDAY 3/8 at Papa d’Amour, 8AM til sold out: Meet our Grammonster Sandwich, an ooey gooey grilled cheese that @phil.rosenthal @lilyroyal and I have created to celebrate their new book, Just Try It! Someplace New! Think: melted mozzarella, scrambled eggs, Spam, and garlic butter on our @papadamournyc Shokupan bread (yep, those are Spam & fried quail egg “eyes”). I’m excited to welcome Phil & Lily and they’ll be signing books while supplies last, so grab a copy and a sandwich, and just try it!

NYC! I’m excited to welcome my friends @phil.rosenthal and @lilyroyal to @papadamournyc this Sunday morning, March 8th to celebrate the launch of their new children’s book, Just Try It! Someplace New! Together, we created something fun: our Grammonster Sandwich, an ooey gooey grilled cheese with scrambled eggs and Spam (complete with garlic butter, melted mozzarella, and Spam and egg “eyes”). And just like Phil and Lily, we say: Just try it! Sometimes we’re scared of what we don’t know, and that’s okay. With a little help, we’re ready to try! Available from 8am til sold out. See you there.

Salt Bread Bagels, baked fresh every morning at @papadamournyc, with that golden buttery crust, flecks of fleur de sel that lightly char in the oven, and served with a Fromage d’Affinois spread that’s whipped with mascarpone and cream cheese til smooth and extra creamy. Bugnes, or fluffy French doughnuts similar to beignets, are this weekend’s special at @dominiqueanselworkshop. Hailing from Lyon and traditionally served during Mardi Gras, ours have a hint of orange blossom water and finished with fresh lemon zest and a dusting of confectioners sugar. Available Friday-Sunday only here in Flatiron.
