There’s always something new to discover and there’s such great energy. I had Brindisa’s Chorizo Panini right before we opened – Spanish chorizo char-grilled, with sweet piquillo peppers and rocket, drizzled with olive oil on fresh crusty bread. The bread slowly soaks up the pimentón-spiced chorizo oil and olive oil. I still have cravings for it. And I always stop at Monmouth Coffee for a double macchiato.
