Summer isn’t over yet, it’s still soft serve season for us in Soho.🍦🍈🍉 This Sunday 9/13 is the final day for our Honeydew Soft Serve, so we hope you’ll stop in to try it before it’s gone. Don’t worry: we’re keeping our What-a-Melon Soft Serve for a few more weeks, while there’s still ripe sweet watermelon in season!

It’s Honey Apple Cake for this weekend’s special at both Dominique Ansel Bakery in Soho and @dominiqueanselworkshop in Flatiron. Fresh Honeycrisp apples caramelized with honey stop fluffy almond cake (gluten-free), drizzled with more honey to finish. Salt Bread Bagel mornings here at @papadamournyc: warm and fluffy with that crisp buttery golden crust, flecked with fleur de sel that gently chars in the oven. Served with Fromager d’Affinois cheese spread (think: a rich double-cream French Brie whipped with mascarpone and cream cheese till silky and smooth). Perfect breakfast. 🥯🧂🧀

Blackberry & Vanilla Yogurt Cake for this long weekend’s special at @dominiqueanselworkshop. Our version of the classic gâteau au yaourt from my childhood (if you’re French, you’ll know it too 😉🇫🇷). Fresh ripe blackberries and vanilla in a soft fluffy cake, with rich creamy Greek yogurt that’s folded into the batter to give it an even softer tender crumb and moist texture. Here in Flatiron today through Monday for Labor Day weekend. Perfect for these last days of summer. ☀️
